Vanessa Sawyerr

Vanessa Sawyerr is the Co-Founder of WeRepresent, a talent management and cultural marketing agency. She represents exceptional talent from African, Caribbean, South and East Asian heritage in the media and digital world. In 2020 after being placed in to a coma, Vanessa’s family were called and told she had minutes to live after contracting the C-19 virus but that same day a consultant from Royal Brompton Hospital selected her to trial what turned out to be a life-saving treatment and she came out of a 3-week coma, regained the ability to walk and talk.

Vanessa has appeared on BBC News and Channel 5, she has been a guest on the Blogosphere Magazine’s podcast Serious Influence, and she is a regular speaker on all things influencer business. Vanessa is a Scottish Mauritian who lives in London and can be seen sipping on an Espresso Martini, never without one of her beloved Chanel handbags.
